Founder and Chief Investment Officer

Victor is the Founder of Rollman Mining; Rollman Capital, a Luxembourg-based Hedge Fund with a unique fund design covering traditional and alternative markets; and Rollman Management, a global investment network and investment advisory boutique, offering a wide range of services to Family Offices, HNWI, entrepreneurs, and retail investors. He educates and advises traditional investment professionals about cryptocurrency and blockchain investment technologies. Prior to that, he managed a multi-strategy portfolio that included stocks, forex, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies. Victor has also been involved in a wide range of industries as a serial entrepreneur, from real estate projects in Belgium to the electricity market in the Netherlands. With over 20 years of experience analysing global financial markets, 12 years in early-stage ventures, and 10 years within the crypto and blockchain space, Victor's ability to create and oversee high-return portfolios in the €100m to €500m range is top-tier.

Egert Salumäe

Chief Executive Officer

Egert is the CEO of Rollman Mining and was previously a sales manager for ERGO Group AG. He graduated cum laude with a degree in International Business and Management from The Estonian Business School. For almost 5 years, he has been educating and advising private and professional investors about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology and has developed extensive knowledge in the field by analysing the Web3 markets. His specialty in the crypto mining industry is recognised by many leaders and he maintains a strong foothold on innovation and scalability.

Gery Sher

Chief Operating Officer

Gery is currently the COO of Rollman Mining, and the Head of Research at Rollman Capital, a Luxembourg-based Hedge Fund with an innovative design and has educated and advised a number of professionals about cryptocurrency and blockchain investment technologies. Before that, he worked as a Research Programme Manager at JVG Consulting, a quantitative and qualitative research firm specialising in financial market services. With over 20 years of investment experience, Gery has proven to be a talented entrepreneur and business developer, fond of new technologies and deeply rooted in the fourth industrial revolution. He is an international professional who has worked in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Estonia and Israel.

Patrick M. Rollman

Chief Strategy Officer

Patrick is a senior manager from the high-tech and security industry with over 15 years’ experience working with firms such as Royal Dutch Shell, Microsoft, Exxon Mobile, Total, BASF, Allseas, Nike, Securitas and Google. Patrick brings an immeasurable information flow and has extensive knowledge, experience and networks in software design, technical solutions, business development, and financial procedures. His ability to negotiate with key decision-makers has led him to become a key player and influencer in the maritime, petrochemical, oil and gas, data centre, high-tech, construction and security industries.

Casper A. F. Rollman

Chief Compliance Officer

With over 12 years’ experience managing complex processes, Casper is responsible for structuring the company’s strategy around regulatory compliance, such as Know Your Investor (KYI) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) procedures, especially geared towards the early-stage identification of emerging strategies and regulation in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space. He is also an internal account manager for large enterprise at Europe’s leading IT powerhouse, where he developed strong ties with MNCs by providing cutting-edge technologies. Prior to his current position, Casper worked for Swishfund as the New Business Development Manager and at Yara International as the Head of Customer Relations for Mining and Animal Nutrition.

Moos Blom

Chief Technology Officer

Moos is a senior real estate agent and developer for the retail and commercial market. He graduated cum laude with a degree in Real Estate Management from Laudius College in the Netherlands. For almost 10 years, he has been educating and advising private and professional investors about traditional and alternative markets and has developed extensive knowledge in the field by analysing financial markets and data centres from around the world. His specialty in the EMEA Market is internationally recognised while maintaining a strong foothold in other centres of the world. He also serves as the dedicated agent for several industrial real estate projects across the globe, which has led him to become a source of information for many industry leaders and investors with an appetite.

Michelle is a senior executive from the high-tech and fintech industries with 15+ years of experience in business development and investor relations. Her knowledge, experience and network in asset management, wealth management, hedge funds, private equity and venture capital funds are recognised globally by pioneers and industry experts. Evan is the Head of Research at Rollman Mining and was previously the lead for a web-3 VC. He has been involved with over 70 web-3 start-ups, fulfilling management advisory roles. For almost 5 years, he has been educating and advising private and professional investors about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology and has developed extensive knowledge in the field by analysing the Web3 markets.
